This agreement for Partyeshisha rented by the customer

is made out on the date and time filled during checkout Services total of —– eShisha (s) / eHookah (s) and —– personnel will be provided for the hours listed below.

Payment and Terms.The eShisha and eHookah will be provided with the agreed upon rate selected with a minimum order of 3. A deposit of XXXX will be required in advance to ensure a smooth delivery of services and to cover the material costs incurred in the anticipation of an event which may be cancelled for any reason.

Damage to eShisha or eHookah and Accessories.The client hereby agrees to pay for the full cost of any damaged eShisha or eHookah and the cost for replacing any damaged parts. Care must be taken during use since the parts involved are delicate and easy to damage.

PartyeShisha shall supply receipts and/or invoices reflecting the replacement/repair costs for its damaged hookahs and/or accessories In the event of damage. Client consent.The client hereby grants to Partyeshisha and its employees and suppliers the permission to enter upon and use the Property for the purpose of leisurely vaping and entertaining. Partyeshisha is not responsible for any unforeseen injury or damage to personal property that may be caused by forces unrelated to the activities and purposes of our employees.

Termination;This agreement may be terminated by either party upon a 48 hour written or verbal notice to the other party. PartyeShisha retains the right to withhold the deposit upon termination of this agreement if any costs have been incurred. Default occurs when Client fails to fulfill or abide by any of the obligations or terms under this agreement, including non-payment of fees and costs. This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written.

OFFSITE EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES:

approximately of NA for providing an offsite service with no Shisha assistant. Please note that it is your utmost responsibility to ensure that our products is well looked after. We will require you to sign a form prior to providing the shisha onsite.

Booking Terms and Condition:

The booking cost set out on the body of this booking terms and condition is legally binding upon verbal or written agreement or confirmation. The booking fee for our eShisha product and service can be found here Click Here.

40% percent or over of the booking fee is required upfront at the time of consultation, the deposit represent a contractual obligation of our commitment to attending your event. Please note booking fees are non-refundable if an event is cancelled by event promoters or through third parties.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

The balance of the booking fee is required 48 to 72 hours prior to the event. Failure to comply with the set agreement will result in cancellation of attendance at our discretion. The booking fee entitles event promoters to range of our standard and premium product for enjoyment throughout the night of the event. The products offered are listed below. Please note: If you require additional product, if will be a separate cost as shown on the list below.

This will cover the cost for logistics of our products and shisha assistance. our region of operation is within Dublin, however we cater for events outside of region if transport cost is agreed. **Shisha use is only over 18+ only.
